Chuck’s Auto Repair was founded in 2013 by Chuck Cox and his wife, Kellie. With years of experience working in dealership service departments, Chuck had seen too many customers get brushed off or treated unfairly. That didn’t sit right with him. So, with Kellie’s support and shared vision, the two set out to build something better—a local auto repair shop in Canton, GA that puts people first. From day one, their mission has been simple: provide honest, high-quality repairs and treat every customer like family.

Chuck and Kellie have been hands-on owners since day one, and that hasn’t changed. Chuck remains deeply involved in the daily operations, keeping the same high standards that he and Kellie envisioned when they first opened the doors.
A Family-Run Business
This isn’t just a shop—it’s a family operation. Chuck’s son, Mason, serves as Chief Operating Officer, running the day-to-day side of things with the same dedication his parents started with. Chuck’s brother-in-law, Brian West, is our General Manager and has been a key part of the business for nearly 20 years. Our whole crew is treated like family because we believe that strong relationships are just as important as solid repairs.

Chuck’s love for cars is matched only by his love for his family. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him fishing or enjoying time with Kellie, their children, and their grandchildren.
